BIM and Digital Construction
Building Information Modelling (BIM) helps asset owners save time and money throughout the asset lifecycle from initial planning through to ongoing operations once the project is complete.
At AMCM Group we are well placed to respond to BIM requirements, our established construction teams have experience of BIM on projects across a variety of different sectors and values.
During the construction phase, BIM serves as an essential information resource for our project team. We like to work closely with our clients’ BIM Co-ordinator, gaining access to the model for task assignment. When working on a BIM Level 2 project, all work completed is added and updated to the model to show project progression. The greatest value of BIM to us is the potential to cut down on rework and improve productivity onsite.
