Claritas is proud to be appointed in November 2021 on to the new £5.61bn Residential Delivery and Development Framework with the Southern Construction Framework (SCF) Organisation.

SCF Residential is a four year framework available to all public bodies created to support public sector residential construction.

It gives public sector organisations access to market leading tier one and SME housebuilders and has been designed to be flexible and responsive to industry pressures, including carbon reduction, driving MMC and tackling the ongoing housing crisis.

Our acceptance as part of the SCF Residential team is not only based on our construction ability, but also on our commitment to and understanding of the SCF Values which are conducive to our two way transparency culture, with collaborative working and two stage open book procurement.

Claritas has been appointed to Lot 2 for the delivery of 65+ units across London and the South East.
