Claritas were appointed by Medway Development Company via the Hyde CM framework, to deliver two mixed tenure residential buildings, with accompanying retail and leisure space, in the heart of Chatham.

As the scheme’s Construction Management partner, Claritas developed the design team and supply chain procurement strategy, whilst ensuring the required compliance and transparent cost planning. A key aspect of the team’s proactive approach is allowing the use of community space throughout the phasing of construction, in order to encourage positive placemaking. These placemaking efforts also include extensive stakeholder engagement through community events, green walls and safe landscaping.

With the customer’s brief and sales expectations in mind, Claritas is delivering the show unit at the earliest opportunity and creating additional value where possible, including advising on GDV and specification options.
