Following a competitive tender, Claritas were awarded this three-unit residential, JCT Design and Build contract by Tandridge District Council.
Delivered on time and within budget, Claritas adopted a proactive approach to the complex scheme by reconfiguring designs during pre-construction and future proofing the bungalows where possible, with environmental initiatives.
Positioned within a well populated residential area, the site required careful logistics and clear communication with existing neighbours, through regular face to face interaction and formal notices. The creation of picnic tables from the sites’ excess wood and bird and bat boxes, are just a few of the add social value the team carried out. Claritas’ approach was recommended for best practice by the CCS for small sites in highly populated residential areas.
