Appointed by City Style Living, Claritas refurbished this building into nine private apartments. Situated in the heart of Kings Cross, the site required careful development inline with local planning needs, external listed features and necessary modernisation.

Working closely with the design team and English Heritage as Pre-construction Manager and Lead Designer, Claritas ensured the fabric of the building exceeded criteria, whilst delivering on energy and spatial requirements suitable for the PRS end user. Using 3D modelling enabled the team to fully coordinate the CPP programme and logistics effectively.
