Environmental
ISO 14001 accredited and with our specialist MMC division Claritas Four Zero driving sustainability through the business, we are innovators in Zero Carbon technologies and adding value to customers through delivering buildings that are future proofed, efficient and affordable to run and environmentally sympathetic.
In addition to the technology side, we advocate strong environmental practices and processes on all of our sites. We support communities in creating/improving green spaces, planting trees, recycling at least 98% of waste and adhering to circular economy principles.
Social
Adding value to the communities in which we work is embedded in our organisation and the people that work for us. On every project we look to recruit local residents, we engage with schools and colleges and provide an impressive apprenticeship and training scheme which is also supported through our supply chain. We are keen to work with our Customers to understand where we can add value and provide a tangible legacy post completion.
Governance
An ISO 9001 accredited company, Claritas is committed to provide our customers and stakeholders with clear processes and transparent reporting across all of our activities. We provide a one source of truth in the sharing of project information, reporting regularly on cost and adhering to the fundamental principle of our two way transparency culture;.
A robust information Management System ensures that all of our stakeholders can benefit through security and trust. The board of directors and shareholders are accountable for a suite of corporate policies across our ‘people’ functions, health and safety, quality management and CSR.
