Claritas is a principal contractor delivering a range of projects with values from £1-70m across the residential, commercial, health, leisure and education markets. This entails providing design and build, construction management and other bespoke construction services for both public and private customers.
Today, we turnover circa £40 million per annum with a further £30m under construction management. Predominantly, we operate throughout London and the South East and we are proud to have established robust, repeat relationships with several leading UK Customer organisations. In February 2021 we opened our North West region office in the heart of Manchester City increasing our delivery capability to initially serve Manchester, expanding to the wider North West as this region develops.
This expansion of our delivery capability supports our Vision 2025 strategy for Claritas to be operating nationally, with a turnover of £250 million by 2025. £30 million of group turnover will be generated in the North West.
